The Hero’s Journey is a story we all know, and have experienced countless times throughout all of history. A term first coined by Joseph Campbell in his book The Hero With A Thousand Faces (1949), it references the underlying meta-structure and recognizable stages by which the most powerful stories follow, from the likes of Star Wars and The Lord of the Rings to classics like the Odyssey, Beowulf, and even Exodus.
This album is my sonic interpretation of this classic narrative arc.
